B-sides

Some photographers are afraid to show their backsides.  They select the images they prefer, and the others are rarely, if ever, seen.  In my experience, showing your B-sides is essential because the photographs you thought weren’t quite good enough for your portfolio are exactly what everyone else loves.  Maybe artists get too close to their work, maybe they get nostalgic about the place and time their work was created, or maybe they just need a fresh set of eyes to lend a different perspective.  So I’ll bare it all here for the world to see.  Each of these images was captured during the same event as one of the photos in my gallery, the name of which is indicated in the caption.  You can click on any photo to enlarge it, and all of these images are available for purchase.  I welcome any comments – artists can only grow by sharing and listening.
